Kirk, we would just like to say thanks for the great time/experience for our kid's to be able to particpate in Sunday's race. Trevor our oldest 14- had a blast. Very nervous, and lost both races right away; but he can't "wait til the next one". My second reason for writing was to let you know how "ignorant" our middle school is here in Edgerton. I bought all three kid's t-shirts yesterday. So naturally they all wore them to school today!! The two youngest 3rd and 5th grade had no problems, Trevor in 8th grade; had to turn his inside out!!! Another boy that raced and was with us had to also. I wrote the principal a note voicing my "opinion" and told him that I was also notifying the ATV club. According to the teacher instructing the inside out bit "something was unappropriate". What??? I also told of what a family oriented event it was, strict rules, no alcohol. So hats of to you for a great day for my family. Too bad there has to be someone to spoil a kid's great feeling of what he accomplished one day in his life.
Thanks again, Jane Dohner

Kirk and Monkey Butt Atv Club,
Just wanted to let you know what a great family day we had together. Your event was well organized. Thanks so much for the loop hole regarding the pee wee's. It's so important to give the kids something to do that they love so much that also keeps them out of trouble. This was our son's first organized event that he's participated in and it was a very positive one. Everything was just the right size for the "little guys" (50cc). It wasn't so overwhelming that they were intimidated in trying anything. The only small suggestion we have for the future (of course, when money is available) is to think about having speakers and a microphone in the mud bog area to announce categories, participants and winners. Speaking of winners, will you be posting the names of winners per each category on your website in the future? We never did hear who the winner was in the grass drag pee wee (50cc) category. Anyway, thanks for all of your hard work. There are many people who feel that way that just never take the time to tell you. Hope to see you in the future.

I attended your Spring Fling 2006, and had a blast. My boyfriend pulled in the four wheeler pull with his brand new Polaris 800. He tied for first then had a pull off and got second. He also did the mud bog, and had a blast. The four wheeler was very muddy, but well worth it. A few friends came with and one won your money run. I wish I would have filmed that it was hilarious! I can't wait for fall!
